The issue is for printing to a Konica Minoulta C451 with an FS-519 finisher unit. The printer is installed and used through a domain server. The problem is occurring on windows XP, 7(32 & 64bit) when printing from office. When a user goes to print to this printer if they select to print multiple copies from word and tell the printer to staple the document it prints all of the pages in the correct order but staples all of the copies together as if they were one document. When printing non collated the documents print in the correct order and they staple correctly. Results 1 - 20 of 26 - MICROSOFT Office Home & Business 2016 for Mac. This error has only started to occur since the photocopier was moved which was a little over a month ago. I have attempted to reproduce this error on multiple computers but it only seems to effect at present 5 staff members, who have all windows updates applied. I have tried uninstalling the printer driver (which is the most up to date version) and reinstalling it on these machines, have tried adding the printer to another server and printing via that, and also printing directly, all have the same incorrect print output. I have tested on a mac laptop that printed directly to the printer and it printed correctly, I have also printed from a windows 7(64bit) and another XP machine and they don't have the same issue. We have had a technician out from Konica Minoulta and they said it was a problem with word not the photocopier or the driver. I am stumped as what is causing this due to not being able to replicate the issue. Thanks, for any suggestions made. Hi, Create a new Word document to check the issue. If the issue still occurs, then start Word in safe mode to check. If the issue doesn’s occur in safe mode, then it seems to be caused by some add-in. Disable add-ins one by one to check which add-in caused the issue. If the issue still occurs in safe mode, then start Windows in clean boot to check the issue. Solid edge 2d drafting for mac. I have also tested this on a windows 8 machine and office 2013. Started it in clean boot, also uninstalled all windows updates and the issue continued. I have not yet been able to get on one of the machines I know was working before to test clean boot or to remove recent windows updates. EDIT** Have also safe booted the machine which didn't help. I have looked at windows updates, one of the machines effected has not had an update installed on it since 2008. That leads me to believe it is not a problem with a Microsoft product but likely something has been messed up when the photocopier was moved.
